Shipping Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating domestic and international shipments and ensuring that they are delivered on time
- Monitoring shipment schedules and ensuring that they stay on track
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time
- Communicating with shipping companies to arrange delivery logistics and track orders
- Keeping accurate records of shipments, including dates, times, and shipping information
- Preparing shipping quotes and invoices for clients
- Assisting with other administrative duties related to shipping and logistics as needed

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
