Operations Executive

a) Oversee the Operations of Simulated or Firing Centers.
b) Work closely with the Range Maintenance Manager on the Maintenance of these Centers.
c) Ensure that the Centers are properly managed, operated and maintained. And ensure the resources committed to the operations of these Centers are efficiently and effectively utilized to attain a high level of proficiency.
d) Oversee and work closely with the Centre heads to ensure that program and lesson plans are regularly updated and to develop new program and lesson plans based on the direction of the authority.
e) Responsible to monitor the performance and discipline of the staff and take necessary action against staff with poor performance or discipline.
f) Responsible to attend meetings and submit the required management and training activities reports as required by the Authority.
**Basic Qualification**:
1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2. Estate Management experience or fresh graduates with right aptitude will be considered.
3. Due to nature of the job, **ONLY SINGAPOREAN WILL BE CONSIDERED**.
**Additional Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**
1. Law enforcement experience
2. Knowledge in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering will be an advantage.
3. Able to start at a short notice will be preferred.
