About Pico
Founded in 2015, Pico focuses on VR/AR products development, aiming to provide superior XR experience through excellent products and eco system.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage Pico product sales and marketing activities in South East Asia, and build a marketing organization, spearheading marketing strategy, managing online communication and offline retail promotion;
2. Responsible for overall brand positioning, brand system construction, brand promotion strategy and multi-brand management according to business development strategy planning;
3. Formulate product promotion plans and goals for all categories, determining operation and marketing strategies, and promoting implementation;
4. Drive the development of all categories with core products, and enhance the overall brand perception and market share through marketing means;
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, marketing, advertising and other related majors are preferred;
2. More than 7 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of sales management experience in consumer electronics and other related fields;
3. Experience in promotion channels and familiar with local policies of South East Asia countries, carry out marketing and sales for different promotion channels, and be able to coordinate the resources of all parties to cooperate with the implementation;
4. Have strategic overall thinking, keen insight and forward-looking;
5. Reliable, responsible, with strong resource integration ability and global vision;
6. Experience and understanding of Virtual Reality/ Augmented Reality products
