The Head of Marketing for LOGISTEED International is a hands-on role responsible for building and executing a unified global marketing platform that strengthens the company's international brand, supports business development, and enables customer acquisition and retention across Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Transportation. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will take strategic direction from the Group CMO and the President of LOGISTEED International, and will work closely with Sales, Solutions, and BU leadership teams to deliver practical marketing programs that directly support commercial growth and IPO-readiness.
This is not a strategy or brand planning role—it requires someone who can roll up their sleeves to develop campaigns, produce content, and manage execution across multiple channels and markets. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in logistics or supply chain marketing and thrives in dynamic, execution-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement global marketing strategies that strengthen LOGISTEED International's brand in support of business development and sales execution.
- Develop external marketing programs and content to directly support the Global Account Program, Industry Program, and other key sales initiatives.
- Partner with country teams and BU leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across local and global campaigns.
- Directly manage the creation and delivery of marketing content, campaigns, tools, and materials—owning execution from concept to completion.
- Oversee digital marketing platforms and analytics, ensuring visibility and alignment with lead generation goals.
- Manage LOGISTEED International's participation in global trade shows and industry forums.
- Collaborate with internal functions to ensure marketing aligns with operational capabilities and sales strategy.
- Lead and grow a small, high-impact international marketing team focused on agility and execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer priorities, and competitor positioning to continuously refine messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
- Proven success in supporting global sales organizations, particularly for complex solutions and key account programs.
- Strong experience developing and managing marketing content and campaigns across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRM integration, and digital analytics.
- Ability to manage across cultures and lead execution through influence and collaboration.
- Excellent writing, messaging, and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
- Business-level English required; Japanese or other language skills are a plus.
