**SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS - SCHEDULING
As part of the operation team, you will be responsible to monitor, upkeep and update the vessel schedules and the fuel consumption of vessels in-charged. You will need to produce contingency plans and stay abreast of the weather forecasts that possibly impact the vessel routes.
- Maintain vessel schedules promptly and improve schedule integrity;
- Monitor and review actual fuel consumption of vessels against budgeted consumption to ensure cost effectiveness;
- Attend vessel operation matters pertaining to vessels schedule and turn-around at port;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedules are run as planned;
- Conduct commercial analysis of assigned services and propose contingency plans to improve productivity and reduce deviation;
- Provide instruction to vessels on speed and ETA;
- Monitor partners vessels schedule (both in joint and space-chartered services) and proactively coordinate with partners whenever vessels are behind schedule;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of working experience with Container Liner Operations experience (with sailing experience will be an advantage);
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and able to multi-task;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
