**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Purpose**

Prepare and submit daily television detailed schedules (Off Prime Time & Prime Time) and to ensure strategic placement of programme trailers/fillers in order to maximise promotional impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Use creative promotion spot placements to achieve maximum exposure of programmes to target audience.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Strategic Plans, and work closely with Playout, On-Air-Promotions, Marketing, Content Standards, Subtitling, Commercials, and Media Exchange Teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Work with Managers on the SOP and all requirements for Live Events and Standby for the Live Events.
- Plan daily Secondary Events (Banners & Channel Bugs), Monitor Sponsorship Loadings.
- Assist and trouble-shoot scheduling/operating issues, with consultation from Managers.
- Able to respond to last minutes changes to schedules and attentive to details.
- Complete full reconciliation of schedules to ensure no discrepancies of information and metadata.
- Run reports to monitor fulfillment of sponsorships.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Passion for local and international programmes
- Able to work with different teams
- Meticulous and appreciates detail work
- A team player who is independent, resourceful with good organisation and coordination skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
