**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for purchasing and issuing purchase order for direct & indirect raw materials for manufacturing and office consumption in a timely manner.
- Ability to negotiate for strategic partnership on support and pricing.
- Source for office/manufacturing related raw materials/services quotes and knowledgeable in recommending similar type of materials/grades/composites.
- Work with QA team for incoming specifications to ensure PO is meeting the requirements needed.
- Work with Planning team to avoid costly urgent and sudden shortage/ramp-up of raw materials as well as urgent follow-up with vendors on critical parts required.
- Coordinate between Warehouse and Production Departments.
- Manage suppliers and their OTD performances (both delivery and quality) to ensure uninterrupted supply to production.
- Monitor any potential slow-moving stock which may lead to obsolescence and maintain optimal level of inventory according to usage demand.
- Implement and monitor cost-saving measurements with suppliers/vendors, source for alternate suppliers and cost reduction program.
- Establish and negotiate for reliable and effective freight cost.
- Generate monthly report and analysis.
- Any other duties assigned.
