We are looking to hire an Office Administrator where you will be responsible for managing various office administration tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and space management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Maintain inventory levels for office supplies and order as needed.
- Track and manage office expenses and budgets.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to converse in Mandarin
