**Key duties and responsibilities**

**What you can expect**:

- **Business Exposure to the (Re)Insurance Industry**:

- Gain experience working in both Insurance and Operational Business Units
- **Learning & Development**:

- Participate in various training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills
- **Project Assistance**:

- Support projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- **Soft Skills**:

- Gain confidence and speaking opportunities at various events
- **Flexible and Hybrid Working Arrangements**:

**Required experience & competencies**
- Singaporean Citizen and a Person with Disability (PWD) as required for this Programme
- Able to commit to the 6 months Programme from 1st July to 31st December 2025
- At least 2 years of working experience in a corporate environment.

- Working proficiency of the English Language (spoken and written)
