Our client is a leading consulting firm partnering with financial services and insurance firms worldwide. To support its growth and expansion strategy in the Southeast Asia region, it is now hiring a potential future partner:
**Associate Partner - Insurance**

**(Singapore)**

**Your responsibilities**

**Business Development**:You will open new accounts and expand our presence in new geographic and client insurance segments across Southeast Asia.

**Account Management**: You will manage existing accounts and explore and close new opportunities within assigned accounts.

**Operational Management**:As part of the leadership team for the insurance practice in Southeast Asia, you will manage, develop and organize our delivery capabilities across the region.

**Business Strategy**:You will take a proactive role in conceiving the business development and marketing strategy in consultation with the managing partner and partnership group.

**P&L Management**:You will hold full profit and loss responsibility for the insurance practice in the region. As the leader of account management team you will manage multiple projects to successful execution within the specified profitability margins.

**Requirements**:

- An experienced business developer having carried a portfolio of clients from the Insurance Industry in APAC or ASEAN region.
- At least 12 years’ experience in the insurance domain with good understanding of products and processes in life or non-life insurance.
- Strong operational and strategic business skills with stakeholder management capabilities.
- Thanks to your high comprehension and network in the insurance sector, you can spot profitable business opportunities and link with the relevant decision makers.
- Given our fast-growing pace and aggressive plans, you need to enjoy dynamic environments rooted in entrepreneurial mind-set.
- You demonstrate creativity, flexibility on the one hand and rigor and focus on profitability on the other.
- As a manager and team player, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to communicate and drive business will be key to your success.
