Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential prospective C&I customers
- Prepare financial model to assess the returns of the project
- Prepare, submit proposal/tender bids, follow-up and carry out tender presentations
- Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements
- Achieve the required sales targets of solar PV installation for the Group
- Work closely with Solar Project Management and O&M team, EPC contractors on project management and to follow through the development and implementation of solar PV projects
- Develop strong relationship with C&I customers, regulatory and government bodies and key stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance or relevant field
- Preferably with five (5) years of experience in business development and corporate sales
- Ability to work with financial models and create detailed customer proposals
- Experience of using solar design tools (PVSyst, Helioscope)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented to achieve the KPIs and adaptable both in individual and team player
