DESIGNATION : Tenant Acquisition Specialists

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the largest “everything food” organisation in Singapore, FairPrice Group (FPG) operates over 100 Kopitiam outlets across Singapore which serve more than 500,000 meals daily to customers who can delight themselves with our wide selection of affordable food choices. As a social enterprise with a promise to nourish generations and make life better for all, we are committed to the success of our tenants (hawkers, food entrepreneurs etc.) and are constantly looking at ways to retain, grow and nurture them.

We are currently looking for a driven, results-oriented Leasing Specialist to join us. The Leasing Specialist is a sales person, sourcing and securing suitable tenants to lease the cooked food stalls in our food courts, coffee shops and hawker centres.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect, source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired food content and tenant mix for our food courts, coffee shops and hawker centres
- Arrange and attend to potential tenants for site visits / viewings
- Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendation to approving parties for acceptance
- Negotiate and finalise rental and other terms and conditions with potential tenants
- Ensure tenant adheres to the lease terms following up from the signing of lease term to theopening of the stall
- Prepare leasing activities report to management
- Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs
- Keep abreast of latest competitors’ rentals and activities
- Work closely with the operations teams to maintain good tenant-landlord relationships

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of leasing or sales working experience, preferably in the F&B industry
- An enthusiastic foodie, familiar with the local food scene
- A go-getter who is comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, is meticulous and able to undertake pressure to work within a tight schedule
- An enthusiastic team player who possesses excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
