**Job Purpose**:
The Tenant Engagement Officer will plan, organise and manage marketing campaigns, promotional events and tenant-related projects from conception to completion, in line with corporate guidelines and direction.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Tenant Management**

Manage an overview of all tenants with up-to-date tracking of-;
- KPIs (as detailed below) Status
- Key Tenant Information - i.e., Contact Details, Category, Asset Details
- File all collected assets in Drive and share with relevant stakeholders
- Upload all obtained assets onto Website, Drive and other platforms, if any

Manage all new tenants
- Obtain new tenants contact from leasing team

Manage shop listings on online shop directory are accurate with appropriate logos and images
- Safeguard the quality of assets provided

Manage submitted tenant promotions to successfully publishing on website
- Ensure the image, details and mechanics submitted are accurate and good for publishing
- Monthly eDM blast to call for promotions
- Assist to ensure all published information is up to date and valid

**2. Tenant Engagement Orientation**

Manage the RSVP per session
- Blast invites to selected 15 retail tenants (4 weeks prior)
- Follow-up on invitation to confirm RSVP (2 weeks prior)
- Send invites to additional retail tenants, if necessary (2 weeks prior)

Prepare Tenant Engagement Session Deck
- Curate the flow of content based on existing sections
- Ensure presenter’s attendance for actual day

Prepare Retail Tenants name tags
- Utilise Tenant Engagement Namecard Template for all name tags

Organize refreshments and light bites

Track all KPIs and facilitate with connection between retail teanants and partners

**3. Tenant Asset Acquisition**
- Consolidate and track status of asset acquisition
- Ensure all obtained assets are filed internally and published publicly

**4. Tenant Promotion Management**
- Monthly call for Tenant Promotion submission
- Ensure all submitted promotions are uploaded onto website
- Keep track of promotion status and validity

**5. Tenant Advertising Support Package**
- Ensure all new and renewal tenants receive tenant advertising support package
- Ensure all new and renewal tenants are given advertising spotlight

**Skills**:

- Excellent communicator - able to clearly explain to tenants what are we doing, what information is required and, the purpose and utilisation of the submission
- Organised - able to accurately track all tenant submissions and status, including back-end internal filing in a timely-manner
- Preferably able to speak in Mandarin to Mandarin speaking tenants
