Job Title: Tenant Relationship Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail team in Singapore as a Tenant Relations Specialist.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a pivotal role in building strong tenant relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with prior experience handling a sizeable number of tenants in a large shopping mall being advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for regular tenant engagement, assessing opportunities for expansion, analysing sales performance, and supporting leasing activities to drive the success of the shopping mall.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical skills, be good with people, and have strong communication skills. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
