**Job Description**:
You will be assisting the Bugis Junction/Bugis+ Operations team in their day-to-day operations and will provide support in the development of projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in operations inventory checks- Assist in tenancy design management, in terms of the preparation of building specifications- Assist in coordinating for preventive and corrective preventive maintenance for the day-to-day operations- Assist in coordinating for Capex works- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Preferred studies in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office- Good communication skills- General knowledge in facilities management
