Job Description

You will be assisting the HQ Operations team with project administration, data analysis, meeting coordination, safety reporting, procurement support, and document control.

Responsibilities- Administer projects, including data collection, collation, analysis, and presentation of findings- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and generate outcomes and proposals in PowerPoint- Support the safety team and collaborate with sites to prepare reports on internal audits, safety findings, and HQ procurement exercises- Assist in gathering quotes and requirements, and coordinate Proof of Concepts/trials for relevant projects- Fine-tune operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approval- Support document control and compliance-related tasks- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI will be an added advantage- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately- Good written and verbal communication skills
