**Position Summary**:
Responsible for Supply Chain, Customer Service of Straumann Singapore, Malaysia legal entity. The incumbent is required to have solid business partnership skills, and proven track record and expertise in deploying supply chain solutions and order to cash operations. Led or had a core role in the areas of logistics strategy and customer service management. Leadership skills is also essential to develop high performance teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a business partner for the commercial team, support to develop strategies, drive the Supply Chain and Customer Service KPIs
- Participate in sales budgeting and lead demand planning.
- Work with stakeholders on developing key performance indicators and objectives to ensure optimization end to end process of order to cash.
- Conduct change management by driving the solutions and best practices.
- Liaison with HQ and APAC team on local business issues
- Animate a Supply Chain community of experts in link with the project, and by ensuring the spreading and implementing of the best practices.
- Drive the growth of business through accurate demand forecasting and insightful analysis
- Provide demand forecast to commercial team based on historic data and sales forecast per brand.
- Closely collaborate with commercial team to ensure the volume and value of products portfolios are aligned with sales targets
- Closely work with HQ supply chain team to maintain demand forecast in the system accordingly using MRP setting
- Regularly manage gaps between demand plan and the latest sales performance
- Effectively manage supply chain and customer service functions to improve service level
- Establishment and negotiation of supplier agreements with freight forwarders and manage 3PL/4PL service provider
- Lead the team to manage daily operations including logistics/customer service with 3PL/4PL to fulfill customers’ requirements.
- Manage the logistics/operation SOPs and awareness of and compliance with all regulatory requirements for storage packaging and labeling, handling and transportation of all products.
- Co-ordinate implementation of distribution and warehousing operating processes and procedures from HQ
- Oversee relevant personnel and assist with the management of distribution difficulties as required
- Oversee and manage end to end order to cash process and define improvement potentials in communications and various aspects
- Drive continuous process improvement

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations for commercial operations within a sizeable multinational company
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related field
- Demonstrated cross functional communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, driving for results
- Fluent in English and Chinese both in verbal and in writing
- ERP system SAP Power User experience
- Power user of Excel, proficient in MS Office Word and PowerPoint
