**Who We Are**

Chupitos isn’t your average bar — we’re Singapore’s OG shooter spot turned full-on party playground, with cocktails, bites, wine, and good vibes on repeat. Our kitchen is built for speed, flavour, and fun — fast-paced, high-volume, and buzzing every night.

We’re looking for a **Cook / Chef de Partie** who’s passionate about food, thrives when the pressure’s on, and loves being part of a team that knows how to hustle and still have fun.

What You’ll Do

**Cook Like a Pro**
- Prep, cook, and plate dishes quickly and consistently.
- Keep flavours bold and presentation sharp — even when tickets are flying in.

**Keep Standards High**
- Make sure every dish that leaves the kitchen is tasty, consistent, and photo-worthy.
- Stick to portion sizes and keep quality locked in.

**Team Up**
- Work hand-in-hand with our FOH crew to keep service smooth.
- Join daily briefings and share ideas to keep things running lively and tight.

**Stay Prepped & Ready**
- Keep your stations clean, safe, and fully stocked at all times.
- Use equipment with care and flag issues early so nothing slows down the flow.

**Stay on Top of Stock**
- Monitor supplies, highlight shortages, and rotate stock like a pro.
- Help cut waste by managing prep and portioning smartly.

**Shape the Menu Together**
- Collaborate with the entire Chupitos team (BOH + FOH) to test and create new menu items.
- Bring fresh ideas that match the Chupitos spirit — fun, bold, and a little cheeky.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or cook in a professional kitchen.
- Strong cooking skills and good understanding of kitchen operations.
- Solid communicator who thrives in a fast-moving team.
- Able to handle pressure in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Culinary training/certification is a plus but not required.

- A team player who collaborates easily with FOH and BOH.
- Organised, quick on your feet, and detail-driven.
