We're searching for a Cook / Chef de Partie who's passionate about food, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a crew that hustles hard and has fun along the way.
What You'll Do
Bring the Fire
- Prep, cook, and plate dishes fast, fresh, and consistently.
- Keep flavours bold and presentation sharp, even when the rush is on.
Keep Standards High
- Check every plate before it leaves the kitchen — tasty, consistent, and photo-ready.
- Stick to portions and never compromise on quality.
Work as One Team
- Partner with FOH to keep service smooth and seamless.
- Join pre-shift briefings and contribute ideas to keep things running sharp and lively.
Stay Service-Ready
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised station.
- Use equipment responsibly and report issues before they slow things down.
Stay Stocked
- Keep track of supplies, flag shortages, and rotate stock properly.
- Help minimise waste through smart prep and portioning.
Create Together
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH to brainstorm and test new menu ideas.
- Share creative input that's bold, fun, and true to the Chupitos vibe.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or cook in a professional kitchen.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- A clear communicator who enjoys working in a team.
- Able to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
- Familiar with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Culinary training/certification is a plus, but not required.
