**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food productions
- Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation
- High standards of sanitisation, cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
- Perform stock taking, stock control and stock ordering
- Perform any other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 year experience or fresh grads from culinary schools are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently

**Job Schedule**
- Minimum 5 working days per week with 1 weekend included
