
Strategy Manager, Talent Management

Our IT team is the backbone of our business. We help our company develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements.
As a System Engineer, you will be part of our Technical team and responsible for corporate core system solutioning and architecture, implementation of various technical solutions to meet corporate requirements, and providing technical support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Support the strategic growth of Sea and our people through **design of overall Talent Management framework, processes, and tools**:
- **Work with senior management to manage talent review and succession planning **to identify and grow the talent pool for leadership and critical roles
- **Collaborate with stakeholders and working teams across Sea **to drive smooth execution of talent programs, job rotations, and other Talent Development related initiatives
- Partner with business leaders and team managers to **implement best practices in performance management and career development **to increase talent engagement
- **Design career pathways **for strong performers, and high-potential individuals across Sea
- Identify and analyse **industry trends, best practices, and case studies **for Talent Management
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from reputable universities.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in human resource consulting or management, with experience in in-house talent management function. Experience at technology companies preferred.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and globalized environment
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with tight timelines
