- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partner, hiring managers, and senior leaders, to identify graduate program objectives, target areas, and program requirements.
- Design and manage the end-to-end graduate program lifecycle, including program development, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, rotation assignments, mentorship, and career development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to attract top graduate talent and create partnerships for program collaboration.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new graduate hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and their respective roles.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and evaluations for program participants, providing feedback, coaching, and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Monitor program effectiveness and success metrics, collecting feedback from program participants, managers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven program enhancements.

In addition, you will:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy for high-potential individuals at the junior level within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, senior leaders, and department managers to identify and define the criteria and characteristics of high-potential talent at the junior level.
- Identify and assess high-potential individuals through talent assessments, performance evaluations, feedback from managers, and other relevant sources.
- Design and implement individualized development plans for high-potential employees, outlining specific actions, milestones, and resources required to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to high-potential employees, helping them navigate their career paths and overcome developmental challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance discussions with high-potential employees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and career advancement.
- Identify and create opportunities for high-potential individuals to gain exposure to cross-functional projects, stretch assignments, and leadership experiences.
