**What this job involves**
Bringing enhanced comfort and efficiency to the office
How can you help make employees and visitors alike love our office? You’ll do so by arranging for regular preventative maintenance to upkeep our facilities. Scheduling for regular cleaning services and ensuring all office equipment are in good working order are a few of the tasks you’ll do to spruce up the office.
You’ll keep an eye out for potential emergencies and carry out steps for managing such situations. You’ll also perform established escalation and incident reporting procedures should such an event take place. Being on the lookout for opportunities to reduce costs and improve our operational standards should also come instinctively to you.
**Facilities Administrator Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support Facilities/Administration admin function such as updating of maintenance data including Help Desk advice and assist accordingly to BU query and request.
- Support office renovation and relocation of departments, when necessary.
- Managing and upkeep of bank premises for 2 locations at Marina One & Changi, including official residence
- Support FM matters for client subsidiaries who are also residing within Marina One
- Manage the Bank’s warehouse storage movement such as collection and retrieval including annual inspection of the warehouse premises.
- Support the team on managing the pool driver on their car booking, including managing the bank cars including checking of the daily travel log and the petrol usage and provide a monthly usage of petrol report.
- Conduct physical annual assets inventory check including official residence (except for computer related items).
- Monthly checking of office premises and walk thru office premises to ensure all equipment, bank premises are upkeep in a proper manner including official residence.
- Support setting or re-setting of cabinets/locker password
- Escort of maintenance work by external vendor/rec’d stationery for distribution/top up paper when copier machine running low/distribution of water for event and also supporting set up for events
- Assist ad hoc projects or any other matters as instructed by Team Head/ HOD from time to time.

Excellent communication skills are vital—both spoken and written—as we’ll expect you to work independently in cascading high-level communications and boosting staff/client satisfaction.
