**Senior Facilities Coordinator**
**Work Dynamics**
An experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator with over 3-5 years of experience in IFM with a track record of success in overseeing day-to-day operations of premises and sites.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the premise in collaboration with the operations lead
- Ensure all administrative functions, facility services and any issues are covered
- Strive for continuous improvement in processes
- Manage soft services supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials are available
- Manage supply and service contracts approved by clients
- Mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans
- Stay on top of health and safety issues and participate in reviewing them
- Monitor IFM budget and ensure spend are met to support operations
- Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations and management, including administrative functions, security, and safety protocols
- Experience in managing supply and service contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others
- Strong problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in facilities management, premise management, or a related field is a plus.
