**Workplace Coordinator (Rest Of Asia)**
**Work Dynamics**
**What your day-to-day will look like**:
**All of Asia (excluding India)**
- Consolidate and update floor plan
- Manage and update Lease Database
- Assist in drafting of business case for new leases/renewal
- Gather data and assist in property market
- Review of SOP to enhance the effectiveness of the work process and identify areas for automation of process and business process re-engineering
- Align SOP across Asia
- Assist to execute and manage facilities management projects/initiatives as assigned
- Update files in Share folder
- Roles may extend to support other countries as and when needed
**Rest of Asia (excluding India)**
- Act as the main point of contact to provide Facilities support
- Liaise with local team on all hard and soft services
- Liaise with landlord/property manager in case of escalations from the local teams
- Vendor Contract Management
- POs for all other countries, GR and follow up payment (if required)
- Onboarding of vendor in Sapphire and update vendor details when required
- Review and renew contract
- Review monitor and control overall expenditures and performance of operating budget.
Assist SG team when required
- Provide event support for SG event, All Hands, etc
- Any other assigned jobs

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in facilities, property management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous
