Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day to day operations in line with Facilities Management of the Data Centre, whilst maintaining the functionality of the existing facility
- Prepare and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme
- Manage environmental resources, power management / distribution, risk management, safety, physical layout, cabling, and monitoring of data center equipment
- 24x7 availability as escalation point for data center facility issues
- Plan and execute emergency response and escalation process during an emergency
- Coordinate with end-users, IT and operations teams for facilities maintenance activities
- Develop policies, document processes, and provide regular training for operations and engineering staff
- Establish standard operation procedure for FM functionality
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Establish rapport for long term customer relationship and manage customers’ expectations
- Manage contract deliverables
- Forge strong vendor relationships, and manage vendor service level agreement performance
- To review and assess the Lifecycle replacement programme for all M&E equipment/system, business continuance and service restoration strategies, create opportunities and assist accountable to meet sales revenue targets
- Manage and monitor annual budget and expenditure
- Ability to travel overseas and to expand business portfolios
- Any other duties assigned by Senior Manager (DCFM)

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
- Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
