Raffles Student Care Centre inculcates values and develops life skills in our children to prepare them for life. We currently manage Student Care and Kindergarten Care (KCare) centres around the country. Raffles Student Care is committed to providing a child-safe environment in accordance with child-safe standards.
We are looking for a **Centre Supervisor** to join our **Student Care Centre** team in **Bishan.**
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the daily activities
- Lead, manage and coach a team of SCC employees
- Make plans and arrangements for manpower and logistics
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve excellence by providing the necessary support and advice
- Administer safety protocols on a daily basis
- Monitor daily actions and ensure compliance to SCC guidelines
- Communicate with stakeholders (eg. parents, school leaders, government bodies)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
