**Job Description**:
Responsibilities:

- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions)
- Conduct social media sentiment analysis and conversation monitoring
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives
- Regularly conduct research and experimentation of softare tools for productivity, social media etc
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
- Develop and maintain documentation of analytics processes
- Regularly conduct competitor research
- Track and analyze competitor's digital and social media activities and assist with matching strategies

Requirements:

- Minimum high school graduate or Pre-University graduate or with 0-1 year of research and work experience
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles - Willingness to commit to research, learning from mistakes
- Willingness to learn data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics )
- Willingness to learn social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to obtain Certification in multiple aspects (e.g., Google Analytics, Free LinkedIn courses)

- Willingness to commit and have ownership over task completion and work process
- Aggressive initiatives to make suggestions for improvements
