Main Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of internal trade data
Validate transactions against trader recaps, broker confirmations and counterparty contracts
Preparation of draft contracts/confirmations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract wordings
Uploading contracts/confirmations and all counters/amendments/confirmations to ETRM System
Updating master templates, when necessary
Updating contract Excel worksheet/Power BI report
Collate signatories of contracts/confirmations
Perform UAT testing, building of templates/contacts.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Profile
The individual should have the following:
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience
Familiar with incoterms
Polytechnic or diploma holder qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered
Well versed in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel)
Team player and able to work independently
