Your success will be measured by your ability to engage at CxO level, build a personal network, and achieve new business growth with both existing and new clients. This role involves providing leadership and interfacing with clients for sales opportunities, driving the P&L of proposed solutions, and contributing to business development and strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies and objectives to achieve account growth, close new business opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Foster successful and sustainable long-term business relationships with key clients.
- Lead key business development opportunities, maintaining high-level relationships both internally and externally.
- Create strong, deliverable account plans and seek innovative ways to expand new services across accounts.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in relevant industries like financial services, Manufacturing, Pharma, technology, or digital transformation.
- 10+ years of account management experience or equivalent.
- A strong network of 'C' and 'D' level contacts with high relationship scores.
- Experience as a strategic account lead for a large multinational company.
- Proven track record of securing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Strong service and consultative-based selling approach.
- Superior engagement skills in managing complex sales and multiple client engagements.
- Ability to motivate and manage teams and mentor individuals.
