**What you’ll be doing**:
- Build and develop commercial and technology partnership ecosystem to support the product localization and market entry in the priority markets, responsible for Merchant count/GMV target through Partnership network and P&L.
- Set up global commercial partnership strategy & lead to recruit & identify a professional and lean international partnership team.
- Responsible for growing partnerships over time by nurturing a long-term relationship, formulating strategy and roadmap to build SHOPLINE.an preferred choice in certain segment of Partners and make partnership team a strong growth engine for the company
- Lead discussion amongst cross functional teams within the company including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Finance to execute on various opportunities that impact the success of merchants.
- Assist the company management in shaping the global expansion strategy, bridging the gap of understanding of different market by formulating market entry strategy and product localization efforts.
- Play a Pivot role in building the global operation center/capability centers to support the market development in prioritized markets.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Proactive, agile and adaptable - ability to identify and respond to different partners expectations, needs and communication styles and to lead and forge solutions and strategic partnerships.
- Possess deep understanding of global ecommerce landscape and ecosystem and great business acumen to provide assistant to company management in formulating market entry strategy and product localization efforts and leadership to your team and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills - ability to identify critical paths, engage, motivate key stakeholders, teams and hold everyone accountable for commitment
- Process oriented mindset, very organized, and strong attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-culture teams/stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment
- ECommerce SaaS, Social Commerce and/or Retail experience strongly preferred
- Plus: Sales, Business Development, Start Up experience will be an added advantage
