DESCRIPTION

As a HR Intern with the Kuok Singapore group of companies, you will be attached primarily to the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition team. There will be opportunities for the Intern to work with various functions across HR team including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Operations on delivering small to medium scale projects.

During the 6-month internship programme, we want to ensure that the Intern achieves their maximum learning potential. You can expect to gain practical skills under the mentorship of committed and experienced leaders, and the invaluable experience of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day on-boarding and off-boarding processes including arranging interviews, executing reference checks and preparing offer letters
- Support a diverse variety of HR Operations projects including participating in workforce administration processes, including employee’s data recording & reporting, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Assist in facilitating an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in HR processes
- Develop content for internal communications
- Assist with campus-based recruitment events
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Pursuing a degree, preferably with an interest in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High initiative, self-driven and a good team player
- Process oriented, detailed and meticulous
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
