
HR Internship Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end internship process, provide recruitment support, maintain HR datasets, and assist with career fairs and outreach activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, and have experience with data management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internship administration, including document collection, onboarding, clearance, records management, and offboarding.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding, and recruitment-related admin tasks.
- Review, clean, verify, and maintain HR datasets and employee records across systems to ensure accuracy.
- Provide logistical support for career fairs and outreach activities, including preparing and distributing collaterals and ensuring sufficient stock.
- Act as covering officer for HR Business Partnership matters, including maintaining employee files, updating records, and handling related admin duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Management or relevant HR experience for non-diploma holders.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR admin, recruitment, internship, or data management within government agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; knowledge of RPA, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
