
HR Internship Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of intern programs.
This position is responsible for overseeing all stages of internship administration, including document collection, candidate records, onboarding, clearance, records management and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Intern Program Management: Manage all stages of internship administration including document collection, candidate records, onboarding, clearance, records management and offboarding.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate materials and facilitate recruitment processes.
- Information Management: Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR datasets by reviewing, verifying, cleaning and updating records in various systems.
- Event Coordination: Organize logistics for career fairs and other outreach events, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of promotional materials.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to HR Business Partnership teams by maintaining employee files, processing paperwork and performing related tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant work experience.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in HR administration, recruitment, intern management or data analytics within government agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills; knowledge of automation tools like RPA, Power BI or Tableau is beneficial but not required.
