**_The Position _**
- _Technical product specialist for specific models of products for AP region as well as support local market (SG). _
- _He shall function as 2nd level support for both the AP region and local market and also primary trainer and management for products of responsibility, i.e. Hematology, clinical Flow Cytometry, Hemostasis, Immunology, Chemistry, Laboratory Automation Solutions, etc. _

**_Functional Duties & Responsibilities _**
- Conducting Training within SAP office or oversea for affiliates and business partners’ support team.
- Preparation/update of training materials and necessary guides for products for responsibility.
- 2nd level technical support to the AP region support team and local (SG) market.
- Able to support local (Singapore market) if needed.
- Guiding and mentoring new engineers.
- Be the key contact person for products of responsibility between Sysmex Asia Pacific and its head office in Japan and other regional headquarters in Germany or USA and OEM Vendors on technical matters for his primary products.
- Creating actions/ideas for continuous improvement of affiliates and business partners’ support team skill and knowledge.
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering.
- 5 years working experience in IVD market
- Microsoft office, Microsoft Visio, good communication skills.
- Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and
- personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers.
- Automation Products and associated IT software.
- Travelling requirement about 30% or less.
- Customer focused.
- Competence in interactive communication, problem solving, and decision making are required with the ability to successfully handle customer issues & demonstrate the ability to develop & verbally describe a logical manner.
- Exemplifies timely consultation and reporting to the management and team members
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex clinical content in an easy to understand manner.
- Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills in English, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences
- Results-oriented & creative with strong communication and analytical skills; and have entrepreneurial learning
