**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and manage multiple corporate secretarial clients’ portfolios including offshore companies.
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
- Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents and ensure clients’ compliance with government authorities and statutory requirements.
- Manage the smooth operations of Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General Meetings for clients’ companies.
- Coordinate with Finance department on billing matters
- Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Perform customers’ due diligence as required.
**QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Diploma graduate in any field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective client engagement
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience for Senior Executive, and over 6 years for Assistant Manager position
- Resourceful and proficient in Microsoft Office
- On-the-job training will be provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
