We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead a team effectively while growing commercial and residential business opportunities on renewable infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations team on lead generation, competitive analysis, aftersales service and protect profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage both inbound and outbound sales pipeline and key accounts
- Grow Eigen Energy's presence and market share in the Singapore, forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Conduct site surveys, proposal submissions, and conduct presentations to close opportunities
- Collaborate with all levels of relationships from clients to suppliers
- Research prospective accounts in target markets and pursuing leads, moving them through the sales cycle
- Support engineering and project teams where required to ensure project success
- Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations through meetings, engagement, project execution and aftersales service
- Recruit, train and lead the business development team, by setting goals, developing strategies and tracking individual KPIs, ensuring goals are met
- Producing reports for management
- Growing and managing the team

**Requirements**:

- Good technical understanding about solar PV
- Professional degree in Engineering field
- Experience of minimum 5 years working for Engineering, EPC contractors and/or Utility/Electrical companies
- Proven experience in key account management
- AutoCAD
- Working experience with sales
- Willingness to learn and good work ethic
- Ability to understand, convey, discuss and argue key contractual aspects of commercial agreements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and resolution skills
- Positive energy and enjoys managing and collaborating as a team
- Familiar with CRM tools
