**Our client is a global MNC in the FMCG industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an HR Manager to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.**

The responsibles for the HR Manager are:

- Full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and compensation & benefits
- Payroll administration
- Implementing new HR system and policy to ensure process improvement
- Drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals and success
- Ensure proper employee leave and training records being maintained by the team
- Ensure company is in compliance with local relevant regulations and internal policy/procedures

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience in payroll management
- Degree in human resources related discipline
