**Job Description**:
The Visa Spend Clarity Sales Director role will have a core mandate to rapidly scale and expand the Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise and Business solutions within the Asia Pacific market. Visa Spend Clarity represents a suite of SaaS based Spend Management and Card Payment solutions that are designed to support the growth of an issuers commercial card program.

This person will have the primary objective of achieving new business revenue targets set by the Fraedom and VBS business. Spend Clarity is a core strategic growth focus of the Freedom business, with targeted revenues to increase by ~5x in the next 2 years. The successful execution of this sales strategy is crucial to overall growth of VAS revenue for VBS in Asia Pacific.

Expectations for the role will include the following:

- Develop and execute Spend Clarity sales strategy across focus markets in Asia Pacific.
- Align sales strategy with VBS Executives, Regional and Market Level VBS Stakeholders and local country level Visa colleagues to agreed business and performance objectives.
- Leads prospecting and sales efforts to pursue, qualify and convert new Spend Clarity opportunities within assigned territories/markets.
- Manage virtual bid teams (across GCB, VBS, CS&I, Consulting, Product, Technology and GCO) to successfully convert and deliver targeted Spend Clarity opportunities
- Develop relationships and build knowledge with Visa Account Executives to ensure Spend Clarity solutions are understood and form a pillar within their overall account plans
- Monitor and implement customer engagement strategies to ensure that revenue is realised to its full potential within existing customers that have the Spend Clarity solution.
- Display thought leadership in technology driven commercial payments solutions and represent Spend Clarity and VBS at regional industry events.
- Provide executive reporting and cross functional status updates on the sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with all team members across Visa/VBS and Fraedom to ensure alignment and mutual success is realised

Generate qualified pipeline activity for new and existing partnership opportunities and convert the pipeline activity to closed deals Successfully position Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise and Business value proposition to issuers product, sales, operations and technology teams in the form of presentations, solution demonstrations, RFP responses and consulting engagements. Support Visa Account Executive with new brand deal business development activity where Visa Spend Clarity can add value to the card value proposition Continually educate and grow knowledge of the Visa Spend Clarity value proposition with VBS and Visa colleagues in all Asia Pacific markets.
**Partner Growth**

Ensure that the Visa Spend Clarity solution set is well represented to the existing Spend Clarity customer base and the opportunities to enhance the solution offering are identified and recognised:

Plan and execute the Asia Pacific growth strategy for Spend Clarity to ensure that VAS revenue targets are achieved. Work collaboratively with Visa to commercialise, develop and governing operating model should a partner contract with Fraedom/Visa for additional VAS offerings e.g. Service Wrappers, Managed Services, Optimization output recommendations etc. Consult with the solutions & product teams and regional leadership team to ensure the Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise and Business product suite can “win” in Asia Pacific region. Ensure that Visa Spend Clarity sales strategy is communicated and understood across all relevant stakeholders in the region.
