**Director - Strategy Consulting APAC, STG**

**What the day will look like**
- Grow the existing STG Strategy Consulting practice in the Asia based out of Singapore.
- Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions.
- Overseeing and delivering multiple projects within agreed timeframes and to budget
- Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite executives and other critical team members
- Quickly and efficiently leveraging an extensive global network of Aon STG colleagues, best practices, and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics, and strategic solutions.
- Actively contributing to building high performing teams across the Asia region, fostering a culture of development, and learning to nurture talent.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members in key consulting tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Assist in hiring ad managing colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers.
- Contributing to STG brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentations.

Strategy Consulting for Aon is an established and growing practice for Asia and is centered on Singapore. This role is critical to continuing this high quality and rapid growth. You will play a central role in shaping the ongoing strategy and updating plans to mature and expand our service offering.
