**Manager/Associate Director, Finance Consulting**:
**What the day will look like**
- Client finance and actuarial transformation including the software implementations and managed service arrangements.
- IFRS 17 client projects and remediation
- Mergers, Acquisition and Market Entry
- Steering IFRS 17 support managed service
- Technical accounting papers, policies and processes.

**How this opportunity is different**

The role will provide support to the Head of Finance Consulting STG APAC in relation to leading and developing the origination, sale and delivery of finance consulting services to new and existing Insurance clients in APAC. Services will be provided in cooperation with the Actuarial STG APAC team. The role will assist in the hiring, training and management of STG junior actuarial staff in ASEAN and the wider APAC region.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Prior experience in a consulting role with a big four accounting firm.
- Prior experience should include leading workstreams of multi-million USD finance and actuarial transformation engagements.
- Prior experience of selling consulting services.
