The Associate Director, Practice Marketing & GP Journey, GP Channel, APAC, role will be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day by creating healthier and more beautiful smiles through digital dentistry.

**In this role, you will**

**Responsibilities**

In this role, within the APAC GP Marketing Team, you will oversee our efforts to reach a wider dental opportunity and expand our customer base through our recruitment efforts. In addition to customer acquisition, Align works to provide an integrated journey through relevant programs to elevate doctor knowledge and grow their practices. You will work to ensure programs delivered are relevant, and impactful for our GP customers. The GP Professional Marketing Manager, Professional Marketing Director, GP channel.

You will drive Invisalign market share penetration by supporting doctors to create demand, drive practice efficiency, productivity and scale through strong practice branding, effective patient conversion, optimized practice workflows. Develop and manage core practice development initiatives addressing the needs of providers and practice staff.

Contribute to the fast growth of Asia Pacific business with excellent process management, analytical and strong implementation skills, customer-orientated and collaborative approaches.
- Lead our efforts to achieve market access and acquisition efforts
- Lead the development of practice marketing strategy that feeds into APAC providers’ needs for practice development and management, through the identification of strategic areas of opportunity to offer value-added programs for practices including doctors, staffs, and patients, that includes staff training, practice audit, provider CRM and other services to support practice growth with Invisalign
- Partner with Clinical Education team to develop practice staff education programs and modules to improve practice staff’s proficiency with Invisalign product, treatment, and processes to deliver better experience for patients
- Develop regional KOLs with best practice development and management experiences
- Set and drive achievement of KPIs for practice marketing program and associated tools adoption across the region

**Relationship**
- Report to Professional Marketing Director, GP, Asia Pacific
- Collaborate with the Asia Pacific product managers, marketing communications, consumer marketing, clinical and sales force effective teams
- Work closely with local marketing team and relevant teams for implementation and tracking
- Partner with agencies as required

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Established senior manager who has demonstrated excellent leadership, strategic and cross-functional management ability to develop and lead practice marketing strategy as channel expert
- Thinks strategically about the channel and uses sound judgment and business acumen to make commercialization, channel management
- Exceptional project management skills, action orientated and accountable
- Excellent ability to deal with ambiguity and show leadership in providing organizational directional in a rapidly evolving company
- Excellent analytical skills for business analysis; understands cost/benefit relationships to achieve the best outcome for the company
- Excellent persuasive communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and with customers; must able to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Proven track record with more than 10 years in healthcare marketing experience
- Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization
- BA or BSc degree is a must, any major
- Good spoken and written communication skill with English. Chinese or Japanese is plus
- Able to travel up to 30% of time
