As they expand their global footprint, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Singapore.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding their market presence throughout the Asia-Pacific region. You will develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the Asia-Pacific region, with a primary focus on Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners including enterprise clients and industry influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline reviews to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team towards achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including network security, threat intelligence, cloud security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of organizations.
- Results-driven mindset, with a strategic approach to sales planning and execution
