- The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across multiple markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Browse our Cross Border eCommerce team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.The role of the Cross Border Local Fulfilment (CBLF) - Operations Team is to provide overseas sellers with flexible, affordable and seamless warehouse solutions in buyers’ markets. The team’s key objectives are to: 1) ensure timely and accurate inbound, outbound, inventory control, last mile delivery and return operations, 2) continuously improve operational efficiency, and 3) to better seller experience with local fulfilment- Manage overall operational excellence for assigned market scopes for local fulfilment business, including E2E order flows from seller inbound, warehouse operation, order fulfilment and return flows
- Ensure operational performance meets established Service Level Agreements by proactively coordinating with each market’s local operation and logistics teams for performance monitoring and improvements
- Inventory, forecast and operational planning to ensure operational capability for major campaigns management
- Adopt a consultative approach to understand each market’s key operational challenges, initiate projects to grow local capacity and solve operational issues, and keep internal and external stakeholders informed on progress
- Improve, standardise and implement Standard Operating Procedures across all markets to provide overseas sellers a consistent, high-quality, and efficient local fulfilment services
- Work with Commercial team, Business Intelligence team and Tech team for system as well as data visibility and enhancement
- Initiate and lead operational cost improvement and process optimisation projects
- Support new business setup projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 3-7 years relevant work experience; experienced hires with relevant experience in e-commerce logistics, 3rd party logistics or logistics consulting highly preferred
- Open to flexible working schedule to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with our LATAM local team
- Strong logical thinking, problem solving and data analysis
- Ability to independently drive projects, develop structured ways of working, and engage confidently with stakeholders across different functions and markets
- Highly committed, results driven and thrives in a dynamic and high-growth business environment
- Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive, Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP trained is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Chinese/any Southeastern Asian languages (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from China and Southeast Asia region
