Roles & Responsibilities
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
This list gives an overview of the main responsibilities and duties, but the role will consist of more than is listed.
- Manage CRM (Pipedrive) tool tasks ranging from helping users, develop and manage reports, pushing adoption, and manage data quality.
- General admin tasks for the CRM (Pipedrive) tool e.g. unlocking user accounts, automated workflows, updating pipeline, sharing rules, updating configurations two-factor authentication and certificate problems and adding new whitelisted IP addresses (partners).
- Helping users develop or fine-tune sales reports and PowerPoint presentation decks: Key attribute will be the ability
- Fixing data records that have somehow been set with record types or ownerships that make them inaccessible to users
- Run and store the weekly snapshot (data export) of the system data and attachments, including all history tables. Keep the snapshots for at least 90 days
- Run data deduplication processes on Google docs / Trello / Pipedrive / Pipedrive
- Run adoption and data-quality dashboards and provide remedial solutions
- Import leads and contacts
- Update price lists, as necessary.
- Change delegation and escalation paths in workflows and approval cycles to account for absences or extended travel.
- Maintenance of the CRM (Pipedrive) system including running budget
- Provide advice and support on processes for sales
- Fulfil Sales operational tasks which include but not limited to creating contracts, investigating issues, acting as a service provider to sales
- Data clean-up and analytics for sales pipeline, revenue, and finance data (ability to read and write code is key)
- Manage integration to google docs and other data analytics tools from CRM tool
- Single point of contact for advice and support on processes for sales across the organization
- Create weekly and monthly sales decks
**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in engineering./ Accounting./ Business or other data oriented disciplines
- 2 years’ experience in a CRM tools or sales/ business data analytics
- Experience with VBA / JavaScript / google script
- Aptitude for Pipedrive and data as well as a desire to help people
- Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with open source data analytics tools is a plus
- Be your own CEO - Ability to make decisions
- Good communications and collaborations skills
- Willingness to get into the day to day of a sales tasks
- Willingness to get into the day to day of a financial controller tasks
- Willingness to get into the day to day of a delivery manager tasks
