**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced** Sales Operations Manager** to join our team in Singapore, supporting our APAC region As a** Sales Operations Manager**, you will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including sales forecasting, opportunity and deal support, systems enablement, and making sure sales teams are appropriately maintaining accurate sales records. You will help to optimize the success of our sales teams by managing sales goals, projections, and processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the field team on all sales operations activities including opportunity management, forecasting, RFP responses, reporting, quote, and order management
- Collaborate with sales and support functions to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
- Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support
- Assist our enablement partners with on-boarding and system training as needed
- Collaborate with our technology partners related to enhancements to our sales tools and systems
- Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
- Manage the operational aspect of on-boarding new employees and transitions of existing employees
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies
- Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance
- Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
- Great analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
- SFDC experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
- Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Bias toward action.
- SaaS and B2B experience preferred
