Senior Executive, Student Life

The Senior Executive, Student Life & Support, will work as part of the Student Life & Support Team to assist in the administrative functions of the students’ leave and attendance, student records and student activities at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine).
**Responsibilities**:
- Review student events proposals and provide recommendations to ensure that events are conducted according to school guidelines- Liaise with student representatives regarding Overseas Community Involvement Projects (OCIPs) and Local Community Involvement Projects (LCIPs)- Provide logístical and administrative support for student events- Coordinate with students on administrative issues such as student reimbursement and meetings- Support department activities such as Freshmen Orientation Week and White Coat Ceremony- Provide support in students’ leave and attendance matters- Assist in student enquiries- Assist in Student Life & Support’s activities and events
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree in Business Management or relevant discipline- Prior administrative experience in an educational institution will be an advantage-
- Possess initiative and drive- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure- Strong organisational and administrative skills- Good communication skills (written and verbal)- Willing to work and travel between campuses
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
