The position is responsible for the administrative functions of the students’ leave and attendance, students’ records, enquiries and events at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine).

**Responsibilities**:- Process leave of absence appeals- Monitor students’ attendance and compile attendance reports- Manage, problem solve and facilitate attendance submission by working with various departments

Students’ Enquiries-
- Handle students’ enquiries over the phone and in-person- Work with student representatives on room bookings and logístical requests

Student Activities- Provide logístical and administrative support for student events-
- Coordinate with various departments within LKCMedicine and NTU to ensure that student events proceed smoothly

Department Events/ Activities- Support activities organised by Student Life & Support, such as Freshmen Orientation Week and White Coat Ceremony (this includes administrative and logístical support)- Support the Education Management team by assisting in various department activities (i.e. MMIs, OSCEs)- Take minutes at team meetings- Regular updates of LKCMedicine Student Life website and publicity (SCALA)

Other Ad-hoc duties- Handle, manage, problem solve and facilitate student enquiries by working with various departments- Assist to raise purchase requisite for department and student related events**Requirements**:
- A recognized degree or polytechnic diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline- Prior administrative experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage- Good oral and written skills- Good planning and organising skills- Able to multi task and work independently under time pressure in a dynamic environment- A good team player

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
