Client Solutions Director**, for Singapore, and Asia Pacific teams.

The Client Solutions Director will be a key influence on clients' development & management strategy in the region.

**In Brief**

You will leverage your local, regional and national relationships to develop, consult and showcase our client's value proposition to existing and prospective clients and recommend the right business and workplace solutions for our Asia Pacific offices.

You will focus on the development and nurturing of Global Accounts, in collaborationwith the dedicated Global team.

You will achieve financial goals set by the organization to meet the team and individual sales target, collaborating with the business development teams in Asia Pacific.

You will collaborate with the studio design heads for ongoing projects and new pitches to strengthen the brand position and design capabilities and win business in the region.

Identify new workplace trends as well as new partners to engage with by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

**Requirements**:
You are a self-motivated professional with 8-10 years of experience in the US/SEA Workplace industry, have a strong network and are involved with at least one corporate real estate professional association.

You have a track record of achieving financial targets in a sustained manner.

You are organized, have good customer and project management skills and are an agile learner looking to grow your career

You have a degree/experience in Architecture/Interior design or project management and experience of corporate interior projects with at least 8 years in B2B business development in the workplace industry.

You are passionate about impacting 'industry-leading thinking' in workplace design and execution and staying abreast of trends and competitive positioning.

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and collaborative relationships (both internally and externally).

You are comfortable with ambiguity and have high learning agility and problem-solving skills.

You are passionate about the future of Workspaces and have the persistence and perseverance to bring the best solutions for the customer.
