Enterprise Account Director

As a strategic sales professional, this role involves understanding complex client organizations and collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to drive customer success through tailored talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for key customer moments by conducting thorough discovery, asking thoughtful questions, and researching business priorities and customer needs.
  • Drive customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater value and showcase return on investment.
  • Establish relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer's organization, managing different personas and stakeholders by varying communication style and content.
Solution/ Value Selling
  • Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
  • Drive customer decision-making by achieving shared vision and considering value props that tie all stakeholders together.
Operational Rigor and Collaboration
  • Mitigate churn risk by adopting a smart, customer-centric approach.
  • Apply business acumen in account planning by considering economic, industry, and company factors with a customer-centric lens.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of applicable quota-carrying and/or consulting experience.
  • Fluency in business English is required.
